Delivery services & information
For all webshop listed stock items our aim is to offer next day delivery on orders placed online before 12pm, for both parcels (prices from £7.50) and palletised goods (from £70).
Smaller items ship on an overnight service, currently with UPS, and larger orders will be sent using the Palletline network- the UK’s most reliable network.
We are able to offer pre 12 and pre 10.30 services on most deliveries, and by partnering with the UK’s leading logistics companies we are sure your goods are shipped using the most reliable options. Please use our ‘Get a quote’ feature in the shopping cart or call us on 01590 671997 to confirm shipping costs. Tracking is also available for all shipments.
For UK Highlands, Islands, remote areas and oversize pallets there will be a minimum additional carriage charge starting at £50. Next Day delivery to these locations will not be guaranteed.
We pride ourselves on being as responsive as possible and our same day courier service is an option should you require goods in a hurry. Delivery times and cost will depend on your distance from our warehouse (SO41 0ED).
How will my order be delivered?
Palletised deliveries will arrive on a vehicle with a tail lift to help safely off-load your items. You must inform us prior to delivery of any access issues which could cause a failed delivery (such as narrow lanes), and failure to do so may result in a re-delivery charge.
Haulage drivers will aim to deliver your items as close to the property/site as possible, if permitted. Drivers will need a clear length of curb to stop and offload on. Drivers are unable to enter private land, nor are they allowed to stop anywhere where traffic/road is blocked.
For smaller parcels your order will be shipped with an overnight courier. If you wish for the delivery to be securely stored or delivered to a neighbour etc. you will need to state this when ordering.

You are more than welcome to collect your order from our warehouse in Lymington, SO41 0ED. We recommend calling ahead and orders can be ready for collection within 1 hour of the order being placed.
If your product is out of stock
Occasionally, some items such as cylinders will not always be stocked in our warehouse. If you place and order where one or more products are out of stock they will be placed on back order. In this case please call us to confirm lead times.
Checking for damage
When your delivery arrives please check its condition prior to the driver leaving and only sign paperwork if you’re happy the goods are not damaged. Should any damage become apparent after delivery we need to be informed within 24 hours in order for any claim to be successfully logged.
